1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging where applicable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized goods and unsealed products unsuitable for hygiene reasons cannot be returned.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and applied to your original payment method.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with clear photographs. Buiten Actief will cover return shipping costs for valid claim items.
